My Millennial Life screened Saturday, October 1 across the pond at London\u2019s Raindance Film Festival<\/a>. I wasn\u2019t able to go, but our distributor TVF International<\/a> represented the film. Julian Chou-Lambert<\/a>\u00a0(TVF) was there and had a dynamic conversation with the audience:<\/p>\n

\u201c[There was] lots of lively debate afterward\u00a0during the Q&A. Both millennials and boomers were interested in the film – one man gave a particularly moving testimony about how his millennial son had been going through a very tough year, and that he had learned a lot of new perspectives from the film. Many were interested in the social campaign side of the doc, too.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

We\u2019re just getting started with some of the social campaign screenings and in mid-October, My Millennial Life screened at Commffest<\/a> in the Imagine Cinemas, Toronto. Commffest is a Community Film and Arts Festival Conference talk-series that brings communities together for social empowerment. The documentary was\u00a0a jumping-off point of\u00a0conversation around\u00a0Global Youth Unemployment.<\/p>\n
